Last week we went back to Lake Georgetown...my pictures tagged the area we were in as
North Fork Lake, and we took Skye and her friend Jordan along. I was surprised Skye had a lot of fun swimming, because she usually doesn't find fun in much of anything outdoorsy in her late teens. If you look hard, you can see the girls on the shore in this pic...
While Toby and the girls swam, I took the time to meander down the shore line to do some exploring...
Looks like someone had tried to make a makeshift bench...
Toby was calling these covid flowers....
The day had been threatening rain, and we dodged rain showers all day but for the most part we remained dry until the end of the day came a small shower....
