This time of year is the best time to scoop up on some clearance pool toys and here is what I came up with....
I'm just trying to make lemonade out of lemons during this record breaking drought. I know that weather changes are fleeting. Before you know it, there will be some other weather condition to be complaining about so why not just enjoy the sunny days and hot weather for what it is????

ReplyDeleteMakes me feel like swimming again, although I have to say that I do prefer the cooler weather, much easier to get warm.....
I rarely get in our pool. I get complimented on my tan a lot, but it is from gardening. By the time my day ends, the thought of plling a suit atop my sweaty skin is just too much trouble! Cold shower and a bed!
ReplyDeleteHeard y'all had some relief, but now the temp is back up again. Happy to hear that the Bastrop fire didn't come visit Manor. Colors are changing already in these parts. Stay cool.
